The Good Life

If the cost of living the life you believe is the good life isn’t freedom, your good life isn’t good enough.

We know as much about freedom as we know about goodness, so who are we to talk about freedom and goodness as if we knew what we were talking about? What the good life is for one, is intolerable for another, so “good” is in the eye of the holder. And freedom - if one has ever been free for at least a minute - is more of a fantasy than a memory.

Why do we live with the insecurity of not knowing enough when we can be learning every minute by knowing what we don’t know?

We are storytellers who mistake our stories for truth?
