Pleasure is very complex. Pleasure goes with pain. Pleasure is a fragment.

The next question is that 'what is the nature of pain?

Not the pain of a tooth or a neck. But the psychological pain of the mind.

There is interrelationship. Gastrointestinal pain effects the mind, and vice versa.
