Truth and the silent mind

What does the silent mind mean per Krishnamurti?

A mind without the noise of internal chatter?
A mind in a state of intense observation, attention, awareness?
A mind in a state of psychological timelessness, thoughtlessness?
A mind that sees things as they are?
A mind empty of psychological self?

Ha! - the Akashic Record or (alaya vijnana) is a fun concept.

Itā€™s like an Apple ā€œcloudā€ where everything we have done or said or thought (or even intended) goes to languish for a while, before becoming the cause of some other effect in the world.

My own deleted post was a rather lame joke. I wrote that the reason un-stillnessā€™ propaganda works is because itā€™s the ā€œdevil you knowā€ (making reference to my previous post about the devil getting all the best tunes).

Iā€™m not the worldā€™s greatest comedian!

Yes, I think all of those.

You know gobs more about Krishnamurti than I do. What is my understanding of ā€˜silent mindā€™ missing? (Besides realization in me!)

This is the only thing missing Rick!

(for you and for me)

Okay Iā€™ll get it done later today.
