The observer doesn’t observe itself in everything it observes
Self observation is one thing but the observation of others is another. Do we ever really know what’s going on in someone else’s head?
Their words are all you have to go by, so when you read between the lines, be careful…someone might snap
When the observed is trying to draw the observer into “a petty argument”, the observer may mindlessly take the bait and find itself embroiled, or may see the bait and ignore it or acknowledge it and decline the invitation.
